Frequently Asked Questions
What formats do you accept?
We currently accept VHS & VHS-C and DVD & miniDVD. Other formats like Hi8 / Video8 / Digital8, MiniDV / DV, Betamax, Audio Cassette Tapes, and Turntable / Vinyl are coming soon. If you have a different format, please contact us.
How long does it take?
Most orders are completed within 7-10 business days. Rush service is available for an additional fee, with 2-3 day turnaround.
What quality can I expect?
We use professional-grade equipment to capture your videos in the highest possible quality. Videos are digitized in 1080p MP4 format when possible, maintaining the original aspect ratio and audio quality.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards (via Stripe). Payment is required before we begin processing.
How do I access my files?
You'll receive a secure cloud download link. USB(s) are optional add-ons if selected at checkout. Links remain active for up to 30 days; if your link expired or you have issues, email pawelsloboda5@gmail.com and we will help.
Do you repair tapes?
We do not perform tape repairs. If a tape cannot be digitized, we will return it. If 100% of the tapes in an order are non-functional, we refund 80% of the order total (20% covers handling and diagnostic time).
Can I ship tapes if I can't drop them off?
Yes! We provide shipping labels and detailed packing instructions. Your tapes will be handled with care and tracked throughout the process.
